Jason Lee Founder & Editor-in-Chief

Jason Lee (Zeyuan Li) — Founder & Editor-in-Chief.

Jason is a senior Web3 and AI specialist with over five years of frontline experience in global marketing, brand PR, social media operations, and content strategy at the intersection of crypto, AI, and fintech. He has led end-to-end marketing and content execution for multiple top-tier Web3 projects, driven exposure measured in millions of impressions per campaign, and personally authored hundreds of PR drafts, research pieces, and deep-dive analyses in both English and Chinese.

His work has placed him in regular contact with leading crypto media — including Cointelegraph, Decrypt, The Block, PANews, ChainCatcher, Odaily, and TechFlow — and across the full stack of Web3 content operations: community building (growing Telegram communities from zero to tens of thousands of members), KOL matrix development across English and Chinese markets, investor education for U.S. stocks and crypto, and SEO/GEO optimization.

Before founding BlockAI News, Jason worked across Web3 marketing, fintech content operations, and global social media — as well as industry-related roles in equity research and management consulting early in his career. He holds a Master of Commerce (Finance & Business Analytics) from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from The University of Adelaide.

At BlockAI News, Jason leads editorial direction, personally writes every Editor's Pick deep-dive analysis, and signs off on every News Brief published. Reach him at jason@blockainews.com.

Newsroom Byline

News Briefs are published under the institutional byline BlockAI News. This reflects that each brief is the product of multiple inputs — editorial triage, source verification, and editing — rather than a single author. The final human editor accountable for every News Brief is Jason Lee.

Contributors

BlockAI News works with a small group of freelance contributors covering specialized topics such as DePIN, agent infrastructure, and tokenomics. Contributor articles are clearly bylined with the contributor's name. We do not currently have full-time staff writers other than the Editor-in-Chief.

Advisory

BlockAI News operates without a formal editorial board. Editorial decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief. For the governance and ownership structure, see Ownership & Funding.
